​This continuum will take you through basic implant placement of “green light” cases that you will learn at our facility, on live patients, and then take back to your practice for immediate implementation. This course is designed to train you on live patients, and then you will get ample time in your office between sessions to hone your skills. You will  get over 2 months of experience in your office, with your own patients (and revenue), and have our mentorship team of experts as a remote resource to assist in planning cases and handling any complications that arise. Then, you will return to our facility to grow your knowledge and surgical skills to more advanced cases, which will increase the scope of implant cases that you can provide in your office. We have a network of experienced instructors throughout the country that assist in our post graduate mentorship program for those that prefer to have more supervision in their own practice after graduation (*additional fees apply). In addition, all graduates are welcome to come back for a very reduced tuition to participate in surgical day, if more practice or oversight is desired.

This course is for dentists aiming to expand their full-arch practices to include free-hand procedures with same-day loading through the use of photogrammetry and 3D printing technology.  Doctors enrolling in this course have the option to bring their own patient or to have the patient provided for them.  Assistants are encouraged to attend the course and their attendance is included in the tuition.  

Join us for an intensive course focused on mastering atraumatic extractions and advanced bone grafting techniques—crucial skills for successful dental implant therapy. This course not only emphasizes the practical application of these techniques but also dives deep into the theory behind tooth extraction, bone loss, and the strategic use of biomaterials as well as successful use of PRF for socket grafting and preservation. You'll practice state-of-the-art extraction methods, including piezosurgery, and explore different types of sockets and their specific grafting procedures.

As the course unfolds, expect a comprehensive education on soft tissue management, guided bone regeneration, the use of PRF and the selection of barrier membranes, all tailored to equip you with the skills to enhance your practice and patient outcomes.

Start your implant journey with live patients, cases with abundant bone, and a mentorship community that you will always be a part of and have as a resource. You'll engage directly with live patients at our facility, gaining practical experience that translates seamlessly to your own practice.

Our unique approach gives you plenty of time to apply what you've learned at your own practice. Throughout this process, our faculty is just a click away, ready to answer questions and assist with any complexities. 

Focusing on immediate Implant Placement, Anterior Implant Placement, Advanced OverDenture Cases. In-person session combining lecture, hands-on and live patient surgery.  You can expect two full days of action packed learning, starting with a day of didactic and hands-on exercises focusing on immediate placement techniques, grafting techniques and suturing techniques.  The second days is "go" day!  It is back-to-back surgeries all day with a minimum of 4 immediate implants.

In this hands-on course, you will tackle the real-world challenges of implant dentistry, learning to assess, prevent, and manage complications that may arise. Our expert faculty will provide personalized guidance every step of the way, making sure that the knowledge and skills you learn are tailored to your specific needs and clinical scenarios. This course covers a wide range of topics from when and how to handle complications in-house to when to refer to a specialist.

Additionally, we will explore effective methods for managing bone loss during osseointegration.
